Hi and welcome to my poetry portfolio! My name is Rivy Mosegi and I'm a senior at Visual and Performing High School. I'm inspired by many things but my biggest inspiration for my poetry is my family and personal life experiences. I love nature, books and art. Art will forever be a passion of mine that I will forever cherish throughout my life. Poetry is art and self expression through literature. To me poetry is another form of self-expression, another form of art and feeling.  I think people should be able to relate to the poetry that they read and to just be secure in knowing that someone else in the world can relate to whatever feeling they feel similar in the poems they read. I believe my poetry along with every other person who creates poetry is unique all in our own ways, we talk about different things, we express different feelings and experiences through poetry and so I think that effect would be that any and everyone could be able to relate to our different experiences and feelings and for them to find comfort in that.
